Nishitetsu Group announced that Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Osaka Honmachi will open in Osaka's Honmachi area on December 18, 2026, with reservations beginning May 15, 2026. The hotel will be the first Solaria-branded property in Osaka and the brand's tenth property overall.
The hotel is planned for the hotel tower of yui-note honmachi, a mixed-use complex in Honmachi 4-chome in Osaka's Chuo Ward. The release describes access as directly connected to Exit 2 of Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, with connections to the Yotsubashi and Chuo lines.
The property is planned with 202 guestrooms across floors 4 to 13. Public areas include a first-floor entrance, a second-floor restaurant, and third-floor front desk, lobby, cafe and bar, and lounge. Room categories include double, twin, triple, and quad layouts, plus stay-type rooms with kitchenettes and washing machines for longer stays.
