Kagoshima-Chuo Station provides access to the Kyushu Shinkansen and JR local lines, while Amu Plaza Kagoshima, Li-Ka 1920, station shopping, restaurants, and tram stops are close by. Tenmonkan is a longer walk or a short local-transport ride away, so the hotel works better as a station and airport bus base than as a nightlife-focused stay.
Airport access
Airport access is one of the hotel's clearest practical advantages. Airport buses from Kagoshima Airport serve the bus terminal in the same building, with the front desk on the seventh floor above it. Kagoshima City tourism information lists a minimum airport shuttle bus time of 38 minutes between Kagoshima Airport and Kagoshima-Chuo Station.
