The 9:00 AM finish is worth noting if you prefer a slower morning.
Location and transport

Direct Fuji Excursion trains connect Shinjuku and Kawaguchiko, while highway buses provide another route from Tokyo. Local buses continue from Kawaguchiko Station around Lake Kawaguchi and toward other Fuji Five Lakes sights. By car, the hotel is about seven minutes from the Kawaguchiko interchange on the Chuo Expressway.
Why stay here
An early start is easy to organize: breakfast opens at 6:30 AM, and the morning shuttle begins soon afterward. Drivers also have 130 free spaces. Anyone choosing mainly for a lakefront setting should look closer to the shore.
Kawaguchiko is the main sightseeing center of the Fuji Five Lakes. Buses from the station serve lakeside stops, museums, and Fuji-Q Highland, so you can plan days around the transport hub even though the hotel isn't beside the water.
Good to know
The station shuttle is first come, first served and doesn't run overnight. If you arrive after the last service or find the bus full, the alternatives are a 15-minute walk or a taxi.
