Overview
Free buses link ANA Crowne Plaza Narita with Narita Airport Terminals 1 and 2, and most guests use them to reach the hotel. Airport trains don't provide a door-to-door connection. Once checked in, guests can choose from several restaurants, swim year-round, exercise at any hour, or order room service without returning to the airport.
The Narita Airport / Narita Station area spans both the airport terminals and central Narita. This hotel's airport-side location favors overnight transfers and early departures. Reaching Narita Station and the temple-town streets requires a separate bus or rail plan.

Standard rooms range from 20 to 29 square meters. Premium rooms provide 40 square meters, junior suites range from 45 to 58 square meters, and one-bedroom suites extend from 70 to 126 square meters. Bed configurations include queen, king, twin, and double options, with futons available in some Japanese-style layouts.
Double-glazed windows and blackout drapes can help with daytime rest after a flight. Depending on the category, views face either the airport or nearby greenery. Connecting rooms and one accessible room are also listed.
Facilities
The heated indoor pool operates throughout the year, with a sauna in the same health club. The gym is open 24 hours, which helps when a traveler's body clock doesn't match local time. A convenience store and self-service laundry cover everyday needs during longer stays or disrupted journeys.

Dining

Location and transport
Narita Airport Terminal 2-3 Station is a helpful rail reference, but the hotel shuttle handles the final connection from the airport. Selected buses also serve the east exit of JR Narita Station on a limited schedule, so trips into central Narita require some advance timing.
Airport access
At Terminal 1, the hotel shuttle departs from bus stop 16. At Terminal 2, it leaves from stop 25. There is no direct pickup at Terminal 3, so passengers arriving there must walk or take the airport's inter-terminal shuttle to Terminal 2 before boarding the hotel bus.
Why stay here
An overnight transfer, early flight, or disrupted itinerary becomes easier when the hotel itself has enough facilities for several hours of downtime. The broad room range also lets guests trade up from a compact standard room to a suite when a longer rest or extra space matters.
Central Narita offers a different experience. Omotesando runs for roughly 800 meters between Narita Station and Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, with shops and restaurants along the way. Travelers focused on that walk will find a station-area stay simpler; here, the airport terminals remain the main focus.
Good to know
The airport shuttle uses conventional step-up buses rather than low-floor vehicles. Travelers who require step-free boarding should arrange suitable assistance or another transfer before arrival.
