Overview
Two nearby stations handle different parts of the journey. HOTEL MYSTAYS Hamamatsucho is about two minutes from Daimon Station Exit A2 and five minutes from the North Exit of Hamamatsucho Station. Daimon is the closest subway stop, while Hamamatsucho adds JR trains and the Tokyo Monorail to Haneda Airport.
This is a compact, straightforward stay. Shared facilities cover everyday needs rather than leisure, and room choices are best compared by size and smoking status. The real advantage is outside: four rail and subway lines, plus the monorail, support airport journeys and travel across much of central Tokyo.
Rooms
Most rooms are compact. Standard Double rooms measure 14 square metres, while Standard Twin and Superior Queen rooms provide 16 square metres. At 29 square metres, the Deluxe Twin is the clear step up when two guests need space for larger suitcases or plan to spend more time indoors.
Rooms have a desk, Wi-Fi, and a combined tub-and-shower bathroom. Several categories come in both smoking and non-smoking versions, so check the exact room name before booking. Standard rooms are better suited to short stays and light luggage than long visits requiring room to spread out.
Facilities
Free lobby coffee, a microwave, an ice machine, and a vending machine are handy for drinks or food brought back from nearby shops. Paid services include cleaning, courier handling, in-room massage, and basic business support.
Parking is limited to one vehicle and requires a telephone reservation. An EV charger is available to overnight guests, with separate charges for parking and electricity. For almost every other arrival, using the nearby subway or rail stations is simpler than driving.
Location and transport
Daimon is closer. Its Asakusa Line runs through Shimbashi, central Tokyo, and Asakusa, while the Oedo Line offers direct trains to Shiodome, Roppongi, and Shinjuku. Together, the two lines cover different parts of the city without requiring a walk through a large rail complex.
Hamamatsucho adds the JR Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines, with short connections to Tokyo and Shinagawa for the Shinkansen. Hamamatsucho itself doesn't have bullet-train platforms. The Tokyo Monorail uses a separate station beside JR Hamamatsucho.
Airport access
The Tokyo Monorail journey from Haneda Airport to Hamamatsucho takes about 18 minutes, followed by a five-minute walk from the North Exit. Trains serve all three Haneda passenger terminals, so check which one your airline uses before traveling.
Selected Airport Limited Express trains also run from Haneda through the Keikyu and Toei Asakusa lines to Daimon without a transfer. From Exit A2, the hotel is about two minutes away. Not every airport train follows this through-service pattern, so check the timetable rather than assuming the Daimon journey will be direct.
Why stay here
A trip beginning or ending at Haneda is the clearest reason to stay here. Hamamatsucho handles the direct monorail, Daimon can eliminate a transfer when the right through train is running, and both stations remain convenient for sightseeing around Tokyo. The tradeoff is compact rooms and a limited range of shared facilities.
Beyond the airport connection, Tokyo-Hamamatsucho has more variety than its office blocks might suggest. Walk west toward Zojoji Temple and Tokyo Tower, or east past Kyu-Shiba-rikyu Gardens toward the waterfront. Small bars and bistros become more noticeable after work.
