Hollywood Twin rooms are 20 square meters and have two 100 cm beds placed together. They can work well for friends, a parent traveling with a child, or guests who prefer twin bedding without much space between the beds. Some higher-category twin rooms have a bath area separated from the toilet and washroom.
The Deluxe Tatami Twin is 31.20 square meters, with an entry area where guests remove shoes and a tatami space inside the room. It can also accommodate a third guest with a sofa bed.
For guests who need easier movement, the Universal Double has no steps and includes a special modular bath with a sliding bathroom door. Wider spacing around furniture and switches makes this the room type to ask about when barrier-free features are important.

Meals are served in the restaurant, not in guest rooms. The hotel allows some meals to be brought back to rooms, but it does not offer room service.
Location and transport
The hotel is about two minutes on foot from Kintetsu Nara Station. Nara Park is about three minutes away, and Kofukuji Temple is about five minutes away. Todaiji Temple is roughly a 10-minute walk, while Kasuga Taisha Shrine is about 15 minutes on foot.
Naramachi is close enough for a walk through older streetscapes, cafes, and small shops. Convenience stores are also nearby, with Lawson about 30 seconds away on foot and Daily Yamazaki about one minute away.
If you are arriving by car, plan ahead. The affiliated paid parking lots are about two to three minutes away on foot, and vehicles and taxis cannot pull up directly in front of the hotel. This is worth noting if you are traveling with heavy luggage.
Why stay here
Stay here if you want central Nara’s main sights within walking distance while keeping Kintetsu rail close. A typical arrival is straightforward: come in by train, leave bags at the front desk, and continue on foot toward Nara Park.
The hotel works for couples, families, and business travelers. Its strongest points are the location, dependable room comfort, and breakfast in the same building. The mix of double, twin, and tatami twin layouts also gives guests more flexibility than a standard business hotel.
