A covered second-floor passage leads toward the ferry area, which helps in rain or when moving luggage.
Central Takamatsu's shopping streets, dining areas, and cultural sights are also within easy reach. With JR lines, Kotoden trains, and buses close together, it is easier to plan outings around meetings or fixed ferry departures.
Airport access
The Takamatsu Airport limousine bus stops at the main entrance. The ride takes about 40 minutes and costs 1,000 yen one way. Coming from the airport, the JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu stop is one stop before the Takamatsu Station terminus.
The hotel does not operate its own airport or rail shuttle, so check the limousine bus timetable before relying on it. If driving, allow extra time on weekends and holidays because congestion is expected; weekday commuting periods can also be busy. Travel by car from area interchanges takes about 20 minutes.
