Overview
For Disney-focused family trips, Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay combines a direct link to Shin-Urayasu Station with free buses to both parks. The 511-room Tokyo Disney Resort Partner Hotel is in the Shin-Urayasu Station Area, one JR stop from Maihama.
The station connection simplifies arrival from Tokyo because guests don't need to walk outdoors. Food and supplies are available in the adjoining shopping district, while the hotel shuttle handles the journey to the parks. The hotel is close to the resort, but not inside it.
Rooms
Room types range from doubles for two guests to family and group layouts that sleep up to six. Some six-person rooms use bunk beds, and several categories have a bathing area with a separate washing space. Check the exact capacity, bed setup, and bathroom plan when booking.
The refreshed Oriental Floor has five room types, a dedicated check-in counter, earlier room access, foot massagers, and upgraded hair and shower equipment. Other floors cover a broader range of budgets and group sizes. All rooms are designed for guests to remove their shoes at the entrance.
Facilities
The second-floor Welcome Lounge is free for registered guests during its published hours. It offers nonalcoholic drinks alongside beer, sparkling wine, and snacks. Nearby, the Tiroir amenity room lets guests choose from more than 40 items rather than placing everything in each room. Stock can run out.
A Lawson convenience store is open around the clock, and coin laundries are located on the second floor. Both are particularly helpful during a multi-night family stay. The hotel also has a nursing room, paid parking, and event facilities.
Dining
Restaurant Grand Cinq serves international buffet meals with live cooking stations. Chinese Table has a made-to-order Chinese buffet, while the basement British Pub HUB provides casual food and drinks later in the day.
Restaurant schedules and meal formats can vary by date. If an early park start shapes your morning, check whether breakfast is included and confirm the current serving times. Atre, MONA, and Aeon around the station provide additional casual choices.
Location and transport
A pedestrian connection links the hotel to the north side of Shin-Urayasu Station. JR Keiyo and Musashino Line trains reach Maihama in about three minutes, while faster direct services reach Tokyo Station in about 17 minutes.
The complimentary partner-hotel shuttle runs directly to the bus stops at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. Reservations aren't required, and boarding is first come, first served. The hotel estimates the journey at about 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic, with as many as 69 services per day when park hours support the full schedule.
Airport access
Paid airport limousine buses connect Shin-Urayasu Station with both Haneda and Narita airports. The stop is about one minute from the hotel, but the hotel doesn't operate the buses, accept reservations, or sell tickets.
Check the latest timetable before relying on the airport bus. Rail journeys from either airport require transfers before reaching Shin-Urayasu.
Why stay here
Direct station access, free transportation to both Disney parks, and rooms for up to six guests take much of the friction out of a multi-day family visit. The welcome lounge, amenity room, convenience store, and laundry also reduce the small errands that can complicate several consecutive park days.
The compromise is the bus journey. Traffic can delay the return, and first-come boarding may be less predictable at busy times. Travelers planning daily sightseeing across western or northern Tokyo will also spend more time in transit than they would from a central city hotel.
Good to know
Standard check-in begins at 15:00, and arrivals are accepted until midnight. Contact the hotel if you expect to arrive later.
The free park shuttle is reserved for hotel guests and may be used before check-in and after check-out. It is separate from the paid airport limousine buses serving Shin-Urayasu Station.
