The setting places you on the western side of Naha-Kokusai Dori, close to Palette Kumoji, the Okinawa Prefectural Office, and the beginning of Naha's main shopping and dining corridor. This is a city hotel rather than a beach resort, which is an important distinction when planning an Okinawa stay.

For longer stays, coin laundry and other self-service features are available on guest-room floors. Basement parking is also provided, although spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
Dining
Dining is a genuine part of the stay here. THE 7th TERRACE RYUKYU serves breakfast through dinner, with Okinawan ingredients and a Mediterranean influence, so it is the easiest option when you want to eat without leaving the building.
The hotel also offers more focused evening choices: RYUBI for teppanyaki, RYUKAI for sushi, and THE BAR for drinks. That range is especially helpful on arrival nights, rainy evenings, or short Naha stopovers when convenience matters.
Location and transport
Kencho-mae Station on Yui Rail is about two minutes on foot from the hotel. For most travelers arriving without a car, the route is straightforward: take the monorail into central Naha, get off at Kencho-mae, and walk the remaining short distance.
The surrounding Kumoji area is easy to use on foot. Kokusai-dori begins nearby, Palette Kumoji is close, and civic offices such as the Okinawa Prefectural Office and Naha City Hall are in the same central zone. If your plans focus on another part of Kokusai-dori, compare Miebashi and Makishi as well before assuming Kencho-mae is the closest stop.
Airport access
From Naha Airport, Yui Rail reaches Kencho-mae Station in about 13 minutes, followed by the short walk to the hotel. This is usually the simplest public-transport route for travelers with manageable luggage.
By taxi or car, the airport transfer is listed at about 15 minutes in smooth traffic. Central Naha roads can slow down, so the monorail may be the calmer choice at busier times.

This hotel is for travelers who want Kokusai-dori, Yui Rail, and stronger on-site facilities in one stay. It fits first or last nights in Okinawa, downtown dining plans, business around Kumoji, and trips where a pool, executive lounge, and multiple restaurants are worth having close at hand.
Kokusai-dori gives the neighborhood much of its appeal for visitors. The area is lively and convenient, with places to eat, browse, and drink, while covered arcades and local markets keep the evening walkable without relying on taxis.
Good to know
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. All guest rooms are non-smoking, with a smoking area on the seventh floor.
Because the hotel is part of an office-building complex, remember that reception is on the seventh floor when you arrive. If you are driving, basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved ahead of time.
