Overview
Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier is two minutes from Exit 1a of Gaiemmae Station, on the eastern side of Tokyo-Omotesando / Aoyama. Direct Ginza Line trains make trips across central Tokyo straightforward, while Omotesando's shopping streets and Meiji Jingu Gaien are both within walking distance.
Reception is on the 13th floor, above the shops and restaurants of Passage Aoyama. Every guest room has its own washer-dryer and microwave, so guests can handle laundry and simple meals without leaving the room.
Rooms
All six room types accommodate up to two guests. Moderate and Comfort are the most compact double rooms, while Residential and Premier Double provide more floor space. Superior Twin and Premier Twin are the largest layouts.
The four larger categories also have kitchenettes and induction cookers. Laundry and reheating are possible in every category, but guests planning to prepare simple meals should choose Residential, Premier Double, Superior Twin, or Premier Twin.
Dining
There isn't a conventional breakfast room. The current breakfast service provides a Japanese or Western set for guests to heat and eat in their rooms, with service available from 7:00 to 21:00.
This arrangement is scheduled to change. The hotel plans to discontinue the current sets after service in late October 2026 and introduce a new dining service. Details haven't yet been announced, so guests staying after the change should check what their booking includes.
Location and transport
Gaiemmae is on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, with direct trains west to Shibuya and east through Ginza and Ueno to Asakusa. That allows days split between Aoyama and central or eastern Tokyo without changing trains.
Omote-sando Station is about eight minutes away on foot. Its Hanzomon and Chiyoda lines may avoid a transfer when the Ginza Line doesn't match the day's plans.
Airport access
Neither nearby station has a direct airport train. Journeys from Haneda or Narita require at least one transfer, so the location is better for daily subway travel than for the simplest airport arrival.
Why stay here
A two-minute station walk and in-room laundry can simplify a longer visit, especially when most days begin in Aoyama or along the Ginza Line. There is no direct JR, Shinkansen, or airport rail connection, and the range of hotel services is limited.
Aoyama and Omotesando bring together boutiques, cafes, restaurants, art, and architecture in a walkable part of Tokyo. Meiji Jingu Gaien adds open space and sports venues, while the Nezu Museum offers a quieter cultural stop to the south.
Good to know
For multi-night stays, simple housekeeping is available only on request and covers fresh towels, nightwear, bathmats, and rubbish removal. Guests staying seven nights or more also receive a full room cleaning once a week.
There is no on-site parking, and the hotel isn't directly connected to the subway. Reception is on the 13th floor. Tokyo Metro spells the station name Gaiemmae, although some maps use Gaienmae.
