Overview
A guest-only large bath and residence-style rooms give KEIKYU EX INN Keikyu Kamata-Station more range than a simple airport overnight. The hotel is about three minutes from the East Exit of Keikyu Kamata Station, where direct Keikyu Airport Line trains run to Haneda.
The Keikyu Main Line also serves trips toward Shinagawa and Yokohama. Standard rooms are compact, so the short station walk, in-house bath, and varied layouts matter more than generous space across every category.
Rooms
Fourteen non-smoking room types range from 11.5 to 26 square meters. Options include semi-doubles, doubles, twins, a three-bed layout, and an accessible twin. Most standard categories have a shower booth rather than a bathtub, so it's worth checking the exact floor plan before booking.
For longer stays, the Residence Semi-Double and Residence Double add in-room laundry, basic cooking facilities, and separate bathing and toilet areas. The EX Semi-Double faces the railway for guests who specifically want a train view.
Facilities
The second-floor large bath is reserved for overnight guests. Room televisions display how busy it is, helping guests choose a quieter time to visit. That's particularly helpful because many standard rooms have showers but no tubs.
Coin laundry, vending machines, an ice machine, and a shared microwave cover routine needs. Welcome coffee and an amenity corner are available in the lobby. The entrance is locked late at night and opens with a room key.
Dining
Asagorou on the first floor serves a paid breakfast. The regular morning box pairs bread with Japanese side dishes, while a limited curry-and-rice set provides a more substantial alternative. Menu availability can change, so check the current offering if breakfast will influence your booking.
Dinner doesn't need to depend on the hotel. Tokyo-Kamata has local restaurants and everyday shops around its two station areas, although the larger concentration is farther west around JR and Tokyu Kamata.
Location and transport
Keikyu Kamata is the easier arrival point with luggage. Its Main Line and Airport Line provide direct services toward Haneda Airport, Shinagawa, and Yokohama, although destinations and stopping patterns vary by train.
Kamata Station, served by JR and Tokyu, is a separate rail hub farther west. The two stations don't share an entrance or internal connection, so don't choose an arrival route simply because both names contain Kamata.
Airport access
Scheduled trains run directly between Keikyu Kamata and Haneda Airport. This is public rail service, not a hotel shuttle, and the correct train depends on your departure time and airport terminal.
Haneda has separate Keikyu stations for Terminal 3 and for Terminals 1 and 2. Check the destination display before boarding, and allow time to walk from the airport platform to the airline counter.
Why stay here
An early Haneda departure or late airport arrival becomes easier with the station only about three minutes away. The guest-only bath adds a place to soak when your room has only a shower, while the Residence rooms provide laundry and simple cooking facilities for longer stays.
Kamata offers a more local setting than the airport terminals, with neighborhood restaurants, shopping streets, and Ota City's public-bath culture. The tradeoff is clear: many standard rooms are small and shower-only, and the busier JR and Tokyu side of Kamata isn't at the hotel door.

There are two KEIKYU EX INN hotels in Kamata. This one is KEIKYU EX INN Keikyu Kamata-Station, about three minutes east of the station's East Exit. KEIKYU EX INN Kamata is a different hotel between Keikyu Kamata and JR Kamata.
Check the exact room category if you need a bathtub, in-room laundry, or space for three people. The large bath is limited to registered hotel guests and isn't a natural hot spring.
