Minn Hakata Station East opened on September 1, 2026, in Fukuoka’s Hakata Ward. The apartment hotel has 45 guest rooms, each with a full kitchen, and is approximately a nine-minute walk from the Chikushi Exit of JR Hakata Station.
The hotel offers four room types ranging from 28 to 49 square meters. The selection includes standard rooms for smaller parties and larger rooms designed for families and groups of friends, with the largest accommodating up to six guests.
The largest option is a deluxe room measuring 49 square meters, with five beds in a bunk-style layout. It combines two single beds placed side by side with another single bed, a double bed and a sofa bed. Four-bed bunk-style rooms are also available.
Guests use self check-in kiosks, and rooms have keyless entry. A remote reception service is available 24 hours a day to provide assistance.
For rail arrivals, Hakata Station serves the Sanyo and Kyushu Shinkansen as well as the Kagoshima Main Line. Travelers arriving on the Fukuoka City Subway’s Airport or Nanakuma lines can use Hakata Station’s East Exit 5, approximately a seven-minute walk from the hotel. Higashi-Hie Station’s Exit 1, on the Airport Line, is approximately six minutes away on foot.
Hakata’s rail connections also support onward travel around Kyushu, including journeys to Kumamoto, Kagoshima and Nagasaki using Shinkansen and conventional rail services.
Minn Hakata Station East is at 3-9-30 Hakataekihigashi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka. Fukuoka Airport is approximately 2.9 kilometers away via Hyakunenbashi-dori, a drive of about 10 minutes.
