Three rail networks meet at Kyobashi Station, northeast of Osaka Castle Area. JR, Keihan, and Osaka Metro services cover trips across central Osaka, journeys to the castle district, and travel along the Keihan corridor toward Kyoto.
Lines and connections
JR serves Kyobashi on the Osaka Loop Line, Tozai Line, and Gakkentoshi Line. The Loop Line runs directly to Osaka Station. Keihan trains head to Yodoyabashi in central Osaka and toward Sanjo and Demachiyanagi in Kyoto.
On Osaka Metro, Kyobashi is N22 on the Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line. Trains run through Shinsaibashi toward Taisho in one direction and toward Kadoma-minami in the other.

Station area
Kyobashi isn't simply a transfer point. It is also a local shopping and dining district, with Keihan Mall directly connected to the Keihan station and more shops and restaurants around the elevated railway and station approaches.
Osaka Business Park and the northeast side of Osaka Castle Park lie west of the station.
Good to know
The JR, Keihan, and subway sections are connected, but each has separate gates and platforms. If you're changing operators, allow time to follow the signs, particularly when carrying luggage.
Osaka Castle Park covers a large area. Check which side you need before choosing Kyobashi over another nearby station.
