Kyoritsu Maintenance began taking advance reservations on May 1, 2026 for Natural Hot Spring Hekiho no Yu Dormy Inn Komatsu, a new Dormy Inn property scheduled to pre-open in Komatsu, Ishikawa Prefecture on July 3, 2026.
The hotel is planned near JR Komatsu Station, about five minutes on foot from the station and about 10 minutes by car from Komatsu Airport or the Komatsu interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway. That puts the property in range for both business travel and sightseeing in Komatsu, one of Ishikawa's air gateways.
The eight-story hotel will have 171 rooms, including single, residential, double, twin, triple, and universal twin layouts. The interior design draws on local Komatsu references such as stone, Kutani ware colors, and kabuki motifs.
Facilities are planned to include separate men's and women's large baths with natural hot spring water, open-air baths, high-temperature dry saunas with auto-loyly, cold baths, a cooling terrace, manga corner, laundry corner, restaurant, paid Dominista Club Lounge, and smoking booth.
Breakfast will feature local-style dishes such as Komatsu Noto beef udon and Kanazawa roasted tea pudding, alongside a roughly 50-item Japanese and Western buffet. The release lists advance booking rates from 10,500 yen including tax for one person in a double room with breakfast, and from 8,750 yen including tax per person for two people in a twin room with breakfast, with rates varying by date.
