Daiwa House Realty Management will reopen Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Ekimae in Nakamura-ku, Nagoya on May 1, 2026 after a renovation. The hotel is about a three-minute walk from Meitetsu Nagoya and Kintetsu Nagoya stations, and about a five-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station and Nagoya Municipal Subway Nagoya Station.
The hotel has 185 rooms, centered on 132 Standard Double rooms. The renovation adds four room types: 10 Corner Twin rooms, 11 Deluxe Corner Twin rooms, 21 Superior Twin rooms, and 10 Comfort Double rooms. Some room capacities were also revised so all rooms can now accommodate two guests.
All rooms received new wallpaper and carpeting, along with updated beds, sofas, and other furniture. The four newly added room types also include ReFa shower heads and hair dryers.
